These terms apply to the Ezra marketing site at ezratax.com and the demo-request form on it. By submitting the demo-request form you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t submit the form.
What this site is
A pre-launch marketing site for Ezra, an AI-powered client intake engine we’re building for UK accountancy firms. We are not yet operating as a service provider. Booking a demo captures your interest so we can speak to you when we’re ready to take on early-access firms.
Booking a demo isn’t a contract
Submitting the demo-request form creates no obligation on either side:
- We don’t owe you a product, a demo slot in any specific timeframe, or a particular offering. We’ll do our best to reach out within 2 working days, but circumstances may change.
- You don’t owe us anything. There’s no payment, no commitment to use Ezra when it launches, no commitment to provide any further information.
- The eventual product, its pricing, scope, and launch timing may differ from anything described on this site today. We’ll discuss the actual offering when we speak.
What we say on this site is not tax advice
The content on ezratax.com — including any guides, articles, worked examples, or product previews — is general information about UK tax. It is not personal tax advice and shouldn’t be relied on as such. If you or anyone you act for needs advice on a specific situation, that’s a job for a qualified accountant or tax adviser engaged on that basis.
When Ezra launches as a service, the legal relationship will be governed by separate service terms. Those terms will set out what Ezra does, doesn’t do, and what we are responsible for.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to do anything unlawful, to submit false information through the demo-request form, to abuse the form or API endpoints with automated tools beyond reasonable use, or to interfere with the site’s normal operation.
Intellectual property
The Ezra brand, the “Ezra” mark, the design system, the visual identity, the words on this site, and the underlying software are ours. Don’t reproduce them without permission. You can link to us freely.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we don’t accept liability for any loss arising from your use of this site or any decision you take based on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for things that can’t be excluded under English law (such as fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms before launch. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be emailed to everyone who has booked a demo.
